这是一部面向孩子的万圣节影片，其中充满了奇幻色彩。你不能指望从这部电影里看到些关于死亡、巫术或人的潜意识等人类迫切想要解答的神秘问题的探讨，但如果你只是要从电影中感受到万圣节的喜气和天马行空的幻想的话，那么这部电影应该进入你的选择范围。这部电影中的演员力求用夸张的喜剧式的演绎方法，把原本恐怖的场景都演成了令人忍俊不禁的场面，使得我们在享受电影的过程中并没有觉得三个女巫十恶不赦，相反倒是觉得他们的行为相当滑稽。电影中Sarah的扮演者正是现在当走红的Sarah Jessica Parker，他在影片中的角色让我们不难联想到《欲望都市》中的Carrie，一样的有点傻乎乎，一样的可爱。尽管，我们都认为Sarah Jessica Parker演绎这样的有些单纯的女子形象非常适合，但我们仍然有些替她担心，她是不是被这样的角色束缚了呢？期待她在新的作品中对其他类型的性格有所尝试。
