                                一次偶然中，格劳瑞亚遇见了名为拉古（劳伦斯·R·哈维 Laurence R. Harvey 饰）的男人，在瞬间，拉古便虏获了格劳瑞亚的芳心。虽然拉古已经和艾米丽（迪娜·梅瑞尔 Dina Merrill 饰）结婚多年，但格劳瑞亚依然决定为了他而金盆洗手，改头换面。然而，格劳瑞亚的努力却并没有获得拉古的肯定，他甚至以为她是一名小偷。拉古的不信任令格劳瑞亚心灰意冷，然而，当拉古发觉自己误会了格劳瑞亚后，他还有机会弥补自己所犯下的过错吗？
